The order can be paid for in one of the available ways:

— by payment upon receipt of the order. We send orders with postpaid payment on a prepaid basis, which covers the costs of delivery (transportation costs), in the event that the recipient refuses the order at Nova Poshta. We also draw your attention to the fact that the "Nova Poshta" delivery service charges a fee of 2% from the amount of the money transfer + UAH 20 for the cash-on-delivery service.

Delivery across Ukraine

The online store takes 1 to 3 business days to process an order. In case of longer order processing times, the customer support manager will inform you about it. If the order was sent on a weekend or holiday, the order processing and processing period begins on the first working day after the weekend or holiday. If the product is in stock, we ship it within 1-2 working days from the date of registration and confirmation of the order, unless other terms are notified at the time of confirmation of the order.

Pickup from the store

You can pick up your order at our store in Kyiv. To do this, add the product to the cart. In the cart, select the delivery method "Pick-up" and select the store at the address: 25 Hetman Pavla Skoropadsky St.  

Your order will be reserved in the store for up to 3 days (not including the date of registration and confirmation of the order). If you wish to extend the reserve period, please contact us in the most convenient way for you.

Payment for such orders is possible directly in the store.

Pickup is a free delivery method.

The delivery of the order in Ukraine is carried out by the delivery service "new post". You can choose delivery to a branch, to a post office, or to an address (similar to courier delivery).

The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer, according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta delivery service. If the buyer cancels the order after shipping, the shipping costs will not be compensated. All costs related to the return/exchange of goods are borne by the buyer.

Delivery terms for parcels in Ukraine are set by the carrier and are 1-3 days, depending on the location of your settlement.

Please note that delivery times may increase on holidays or due to carrier overload.

After sending the order, you will receive a bill of lading (bill of lading), by which you can track the parcel. 

To receive an order, you need to have a document that certifies your identity. The recipient's information must match the information on your documents.

When receiving the product (order), be sure to check the presence of the entire product (order), as well as its appearance for contamination or manufacturing defects. If you find a defect during the inspection of the product, you have the right to immediately refuse to receive such an order.

International delivery

International delivery is carried out by the delivery service "Ukrposhta". Approximate delivery time: 2-3 weeks from the moment the order is sent.

The cost of delivery is automatically calculated in the basket when placing an order.

Payment for the international delivery service is made by the buyer together with a 100 % prepayment for the product (order). All costs related to the return/exchange of goods are borne by the buyer.

If you want to know when your order will arrive, you can check its location on the site of the shipping company (carrier) using the information sent to you by email.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the country of destination. Please research the duty-free limit for overseas parcels and customs clearance conditions in advance, as we do not cover the cost of customs clearance and do not refund customs clearance fees. Rejection of an already sent parcel due to unwillingness to clear it means that the funds paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable and the buyer will be refunded only for the payment of the goods.
