If the product is not satisfactory in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the moment of purchase.
Terms of exchange and return of goods:
the goods have not been used, they are in good condition, there are no contaminations and defects caused by their use or improper storage by the buyer;
no traces of cosmetics, no smell of perfume;
preserved accompanying elements (tags, seals, labels and other markings);
if the product consists of several parts, put all the products in the package;
the presence of a settlement document (cheque) is mandatory;
application for product exchange/return. Completely fill in all the information specified in the application, indicate what shortcomings, defects of the product or the reasons for its return were found. You receive the application together with the order. If the application is not found or lost, you can contact the customer support manager and get a new copy.
Ways to exchange and return goods:
exchange or return of goods is possible only in the store where the purchase was made. When returning the product to the store, you must have a document that confirms your identity (if you want to return the money) and a receipt. You write a return application on the spot;
exchange or return of goods sent by the Nova Poshta delivery service is also accepted through this delivery service. You send us a neatly packed product in its original packaging and complete set. If the product consists of several parts, put all the products in the package. Together with the product, you send a completed application for exchange/return and a document confirming the fact of purchase (goods receipt or fiscal receipt).
All costs related to the exchange or return of goods of appropriate quality are borne by the buyer, according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" delivery service.

Refund terms
The return of the cost of the goods to the buyer is carried out within 5 (five) working banking days from the moment of receipt of such goods by the seller, to the bank card indicated by the buyer.
